Mňam Mňam ran on a generic third-party ordering site that looked like every other restaurant on the platform and gave the owner little control over the design, the way the menu was presented or search visibility. Orders that came in by phone during the evening rush meant answering calls, writing tickets by hand and relaying them to the kitchen.
Our Solution
Our Solution
Built a custom ordering system owned by the restaurant. Customers browse the menu with allergens, pick options and extras, choose delivery or pickup and a time slot for today, and pay in cash or by card on delivery. Staff confirm each order on a live board with a single tap and a promised time, the customer gets a confirmation email, and an Epson printer in the kitchen prints the ticket automatically. The admin also covers phone orders, menu and price management, a photo gallery, opening hours and sales analytics.
